Wow! Excellent work!! The way you colored probably makes it the best. It's not perfect like many other arts' coloring are. It's imperfect in the same way that the real world is imperfect (if you see what I'm driving at). I like your incorporation of colors in the background and foreground as well. The hinting reds, as well as the symbol you placed over his uncovered eye gives a foreshadowing of the power that is about the be revealed once he lifts his forehead protector ^_^

The ONLY problem I have is that Kakashi's 'lifting' hand isn't right. I mean, it's drawn expertly, but if you watch him throughout the anime episodes, he always grabs the protector from the top and pulls it up, instead of what most people would do and simply push it up from the bottom.

You know, I really like his vest ^^ You made it look nice and smooshy like it's supposed to *smooshes into Kakashi's vest*
